Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us:

• Contact and quote form: name, company, email address, phone number, current website, services of interest, indicative budget, timeline and your message.
• Call booking: name, email address, phone number, company, chosen time slot, call type (video or phone), time zone and your message.
• Direct exchanges: the information you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Audience measurement, only if you accept it: pages viewed, traffic source, device type and approximate location.

Only your name and email address are required to process a request. We do not collect any sensitive data.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Replying to your request, preparing a quote and organising a call: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
• Following up on our business relationship with you: our legitimate interest in managing our client and prospect relations (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
• Measuring website traffic: your consent, collected through the cookie banner (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Your data is never sold or rented, and is not used for automated decision-making.

Your data is intended for the KPS Agency team. It is hosted or carried by the following technical providers, acting on our behalf:

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union or may process data there. Where this is the case, transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

• Contact requests, quotes and bookings: three years from our last contact with you, if you do not become a client.
• Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the statutory retention periods (accounting and tax obligations).
• Audience measurement: analytics cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Cookies

The website works without cookies. Google Analytics audience measurement cookies are only set once you have accepted them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you refuse, nothing is loaded.

Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:

• right of access, rectification and erasure;
• right to restrict or object to processing;
